Requirements
1+ year of experience in talent sourcing or technical recruitment. Proven track record of sourcing globally, especially in LATAM, or EU regions. Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search. Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Strong communication skills and ability to engage passive candidates effectively. Upper-Intermediate English or higher. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities. Use a variety of sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, and specialized platforms. Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and build talent pipelines for current and future needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS. Monitor and report on sourcing metrics and performance. Stay updated on market trends, competitor insights, and sourcing best practices.
