In this role, you will be responsible for attracting top-tier talent to our organization by identifying and engaging potential candidates across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of the talent market, advanced research skills, and a strong ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. You will be responsible for creating sourcing strategies to fill current openings and build a pipeline for future hiring needs.
