And everyone in your organization—from HR to the C-suite to managers and employees—will love using their simple, modern platform.ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 and Level 3 supportInvestigate issues reported by clients and partners and work with internal teams in resolving themUpdate support tickets with resolutionsResolve application and system outages Job requirements:3 years of experience providing technical supportKnowledge of SQLBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldsAdvanced English Success OutcomesUnderstand all support procedures by end of 1st weekLearn Criterion HCM software by end of 1st monthEnsure that we maintain the required SLAs on support tickets. COMPETENCIESIntelligence – Learns quickly.
