ГОЛОВНІ ВИМОГИ:
Вища освіта (юридична освіта буде перевагою);
Впевнені знання і навички роботи з Microsoft Office та LigaZakon;
Відмінні аналітичні та адміністративні навички;
Досконалий рівень володіння українською мовою;
Англійська мова мінімум - Upper-Intermediate level;
ОСНОВНІ ОБОВ'ЯЗКИ:
Обробка контрактів та електронних документів, подання рахунків-фактур, заповнення форм належної перевірки, забезпечення відповідності всієї документації політикам компанії.
Співпраця з постачальниками та фінансовим відділом, для забезпечення своєчасного надходження необхідної документації.
Організація робочих відряджень, включаючи бронювання авіаквитків/залізничних квитків/автобусних квитків, готелів. Підготовка необхідних документів для відрядження та подання звітності.
Підготовка та подання звітів про витрати, забезпечуючи їх точність та відповідність політиці компанії.
Переклад документів, листів та інші матеріалів з англійської мови та на англійську мову, забезпечуючи чіткість і точність.
Підтримка участі у ділових зустрічах, зовнішніх та внутрішніх заходах шляхом управління логістикою.
Надання повної адміністративної підтримки відділу у питаннях, пов'язаних із потребами бізнесу.
