Компанія «Нестле Україна» оголошує конкурс на позицію Молодшого Менеджера по роботі з ключовими клієнтами в м. Київ.
Основні обов’язки:
Відстеження та аналіз щотижневих та щомісячних закупівель Клієнтів по регіонах:
Збір інформації щодо відвантажень по КК,
Обробка отриманої інформації.
Відстеження використання бюджетів (TTS):
Веденя бази оплат по кожному КК.
Координування та вирішення адміністративних поточних питань, які блокують процес продажу KK.
Планування продажів по підгрупах та відстеження виконання планів по KK.
Ведення файлу Customer Plans & Activity Calendar:
Оновлення інформації на щотижневій основі,
Вчасна зміна статусів акцій до Pre-MSR.
Ведення переговорів з KK стосовно акцій:
Узгодження з КК плану акцій на квартал,
Узгодження об’ємів закупівлі під акцію.
Комунікація та управління польовою командою щодо акцій KK:
Завчасне повідомлення регіональних представників щодо узгоджених акцій з КК,
Відстеження виконання акцій по регіонах,
Збір фото звітів (за потребою) з регіонів.
Аналіз виконання планів KK.
Оцінка проведених акцій по KK:
Pre Evaluation акцій, розрахунок RIO та uplift по кожній акції.
Основні вимоги:
Повна вища освіта в галузі економіки, бізнес адміністрування або в суміжних галузях.
Досвід роботи на схожій посаді (досвід управління роботою з КК, продажу, маркетингу) від 2-х років.
Знання торгових операцій (оптова та роздрібна торгівля), знання торгівлі та комерційної діяльності споживача.
Навички управління людьми та бізнес проектами.
Аналітичні та презентаційні навички.
Навички ведення переговорів та управління прибутковістю Клієнта.
Англійська мова – Intermediate.
Водійські права категорії В.
Впевнений користувач офісних програм.
