Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations in Ukraine, including accounting, controlling, taxation, and treasury management.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local policy.

• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to support business growth.

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and optimize working capital.

• Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.

• Lead, develop, and supervise the finance team to achieve high performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, Steuerberater) are a plus.

• Minimum 5–10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably in multinational companies.

• Strong knowledge of local tax regulations.

• Solid experience in budgeting, controlling, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Fluency in Ukraine, English and Chinese, written and spoken.

• Leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team.
