Your main duty will be to provide administrative and accounting support to entities in central and eastern Europe administered by the SSC.
Your responsibilities:
provide administrative and accounting support to clients administered by the SSC;process incoming and outgoing invoices and payment documents according to internal procedures and accounting principles and legislation;control, verify and prepare invoices for final processing;prepare information for financial statements and general ledger;communicate with English speaking clients in order to resolve routine queries and problems.
Personality requirements and skills:
good communication skills in English - B2 level and higher;experience in a similar or an accounting position is an advantage;sense of detail and precision required;strong organizational & technical skills with a desire to seek new learning opportunities to stay technical and relevant;self-starter capable of deciding what needs to be done without being told;ability to work as part of a team, whether with your colleagues or the practice with the ability;to share and collaborate, creating a positive team spirit.
