Англійська на рівні Intermediate та вище, щоб вміти оцінити рівень мови кандидатів
Добре розвинуті комунікаційні навички: усні і письмові
Емпатичність, вміння відчувати людей, їх потреби і мотивацію та надавати конструктивний зворотній зв'язок
Сильні міжособистісні навички, вміння налагоджувати взаєморозуміння з кандидатами з різним досвідом та особистісними якостями
Готовність пройти Basic курси усіх напрямів, яких ми навчаємо ( Recruitment, QA, JavaScript, Java, Python, UI/UX Design)
Твої додаткові переваги:

Проведення відео інтервʼю з кандидатами, щоб оцінити їхні технічні навички, рівень англійської, мотивацію та відповідність вимогам фултайм-програми
Надання конструктивного фідбеку після кожного інтервʼю.
Робота з CRM системою, точна і вчасна фіксація взаємодії з кандидатом на кожному етапі відбору.
Покращення процесу відбору кандидатів
Знання програми, ролей в команді методики навчання в деталях і вміння розповісти про це кандидатам
Оцінка вміння кандидатів вирішувати проблеми, комунікативних навичок та здатності навчатись
Підписання договорів зі студентами
Проведення пробних HR interveiw
