Major/Essential Functions

Provide individual, group, and family therapy in accordance with collaborative care protocols.Oversee and mentor assigned mental health fellows through weekly supervision and case reviews.Maintain timely, complete clinical documentation in the electronic health record.Collaborate with primary care providers to develop and implement behavioral health care plans.Participate in case conferences, faculty development, and quality improvement activities.Contribute to curriculum development and fellow training sessions.Monitor and support fellow compliance with institutional and licensing board requirements.

Required Qualifications

Education: Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field. 3 years of related experience Licenses/Certificates: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate (LPC - A), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) must be working towards LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Associate (LMFT-A), Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA).
