Major/Essential Functions

Check-in and Registration: Greet patients, update demographic information, and process necessary paperwork.Insurance Verification: Verify insurance coverage and inform patients of coverage details.Financial Duties: Collect payments, co-pays, or outstanding balances and discuss billing questions.Administrative Tasks: Manage scheduling, answer phones, and ensure accurate data entry.Patient Experience: Maintain a positive, helpful demeanor to ensure a comfortable environment, even in high-stress, fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish2+ Years experience in customer service

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.1-year Customer Service, office, or related experience. Additional education may substitute for the experience requirement.
