Major/Essential Functions

Oversee daily operations of general services, to include, but not limited to, parking and mail servicesAssist with managing space allocation and office setupEnsure smooth workflow and service deliveryMonitor service performance and efficiencyTrain and supervise general services staffAssign duties and manage schedulesConduct performance evaluationsMaintain records of surplus assets and equipmentMaintain high service standards for internal departments

Will need to travel to and from the Odessa, TX and Midland, TX locations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus three years of supervisory experienceOR a combination of education and/or supervisory experience to equal seven years
