About the Role

This is not a passive role.

As an Amazon Account Manager / Catalog Specialist, you will be the engine behind Amazon performance - executing the Brand Manager's strategy and turning plans into results.

You'll work closely with the Brand Manager, designer, and marketing team to bring ideas to life and ensure consistent execution across the catalog.

This role requires speed, precision, ownership, and strong attention to detail.

What You'll Actually Do

You'll be responsible for execution - every day.

• Execute the Brand Manager's strategy: turning plans into results.
• Own listings end-to-end: titles, bullets, images, A+ content, storefront, translations, and copy.
• Collaborate closely with the graphic designer and marketing manager.
• Continuously test and optimize listings to improve conversion rates.
• Keep all listings active, accurate, and fully compliant.
• Manage catalog structure: flat files, variations, category fixes across multiple markets.
• Resolve issues fast: suppressed ASINs, duplicates, errors, and policy flags.
• Handle Seller Central cases from start to finish — no half-done work.

This is constant iteration.
~170 SKUs across 8 Amazon marketplaces — zero compromises.

What You Own

You don't just manage the account — you protect and scale it.

• Maintain Account Health Score.
• Respond to compliance issues within strict timelines.
• Maintain Buy Box ownership.
• Ensure zero suppressed listings.
• Resolve listing errors, merges, and issues quickly.
• Build and maintain out-of-stock (OOS) tracking so nothing sells out unnoticed.
• Track and improve conversion rates across the catalog

If something breaks, you fix it.
If something underperforms, you improve it.

What You Bring

You're operationally sharp and allergic to loose ends.

• Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience (daily execution, not theory).
• Strong understanding of listing optimization and conversion drivers.
• Experience with flat files, bulk edits, and e-commerce tools.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts without dropping standards.
• You spot problems early and solve them fast.
• You document and improve workflows (SOPs) so nothing falls through the cracks.
• You're obsessively detail-oriented.
