Our Team

We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-centric Senior HR Operations Specialist to support our Ukraine team. This role combines HR operations management with employee experience initiatives. You will manage HR processes and data and contribute to building a supportive and engaging workplace environment.

What You Will Do

HR Operations & Systems

• Oversee and maintain all personnel-related data in the HRIS, ensuring accurate employee profiles and records.
• Generate regular HR reports and analytics for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the payroll team on salary, bonus, allowance, and contractor payments.
• Manage documentation and data changes related to employees and contractors.
• Own HR policies for Ukraine, ensuring they are clear, compliant, current, and people-centric.

Employee Experience

• Coordinate onboarding processes, including HRIS setup, NDA signing, and equipment arrangements.
• Support employees with HR and employment-related inquiries, providing guidance and ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage and support employee benefits programs, including the English language learning initiative.
• Plan, organize, and deliver team events (team buildings, cultural celebrations, off-sites, and holiday parties) to strengthen engagement and foster a positive company culture.
• Ensure timely communication of important updates and HR information to the Ukraine team.
• Order merchandise and gifts for employees.

Employment Compliance & Documentation (Non-primary)

• Support the employment lifecycle (hiring, terminations, transfers, salary changes) in line with Ukrainian labor law and ensure compliance with leave, absences, and working time requirements
• Prepare required reports for governmental authorities and monitor labor law updates
• Issue employment certificates and other employment-related documents upon request

Your Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or employment compliance roles
• Proven ability to manage official HR documentation and governmental reporting
• Experience coordinating with payroll on salaries, bonuses, allowances, and contractor payments
• Experience working with an HR Information System, AI-powered tools, and proficiency in Google Workspace
• Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with employment compliance and documentation in Ukraine
• Experience with vendor management and event logistics
