Are you eager to take on an exciting opportunity as HR Business Partner for the Advisory Department?

In this role, you will become an integral member of our dedicated People, Performance&Culture team, where you will play a crucial part in supporting our Advisory Department. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that our HR strategies align with our overall business objectives, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes engagement and productivity. This position not only allows you to make a meaningful impact but also offers you the chance to grow professionally within a dynamic organization.

You are going to deal with:

• • Consult with management of Advisory department and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People Performance&Culture department to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Lead salary budgeting and salary review activities in Advisory
  • Prepare and conduct calibration meetings as part of annual performance development process.
  • Oversee recruitment activities and statuses for Advisory vacancies
  • Coordinate complex employee relations issues
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner at least 3 years

• • Good understanding of all HR functions and best practices  
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented personality
  • Able to work independently and in team
  • Demonstrated experience with HR metrics
  • Deep knowledge of labor legislation
