Our Team
We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-centric HR Operations Specialist to support our Ukraine team. This role combines HR operations with employee experience initiatives. You will manage day-to-day HR processes and data, support employees across the HR lifecycle, and contribute to building a supportive and engaging workplace environment in close collaboration with senior HR colleagues.
What You Will Do
HR Operations & Systems
Maintain and manage employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and consistency Prepare regular HR reports and support basic data analysis for internal stakeholders Coordinate with the payroll team on salary, bonus, allowance, and contractor payments Manage HR documentation and data changes related to employees and contractors Support updates and implementation of HR policies and internal guidelines for UkraineEmployee Experience
Support onboarding processes, including HRIS setup, documentation, and equipment coordination Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and provide guidance on standard cases Support employee benefits programs, including the English language learning initiative Plan and coordinate team events, engagement initiatives, and cultural activities Ensure timely communication of HR updates and initiatives to the Ukraine team Coordinate ordering of merchandise and employee giftsYour Qualifications
