WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON Assisting the merchants at all stages of cooperation Processing of the onboarding of new clients, including control of the compliance process, and legal and commercial negotiations with the merchants Introduction of company’s acquiring services to the merchants, preparation of presentations for sales process Maintaining long-term business relationships and daily communication with merchants To be a single entry point for any requests of our key customers and provide high-level customer service and prompt resolution of any issues that a client may have Carrying out actions (such as approval rate control, upsell, traffic analytics, etc.) in relation to merchants in order to maintain and increase the company’s earnings on a daily basis Planning each client’s development strategy in order to increase the client’s involvement in the company’s earnings increase.  WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE 2+ years of experience in Client Success or Business Development roles Mandatory experience working with merchants in the e-commerce sector Willingness and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment High sense of responsibility and ownership Strong communication skills, including daily cross-team collaboration Excellent written and spoken English (B2 or higher) and fluent russian    WHAT WE OFFER An opportunity to make something great even greater, you can be the reason why we grow, develop, and become  the best fintech company on the market!
