Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Ability to create clear documentation: BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
• Experience with requirement management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence or similar)
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have skills

• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
• Background in specific domains (FinTech, Automotive.)
• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI solutions
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with designers
• Experience with API integrations and basic technical knowledge (REST, JSON, SQL)
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other modeling notations
• Experience in pre-sales or discovery phases

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Maintain and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement review sessions
• Support the development team during implementation by clarifying requirements and answering domain-related questions
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies
• Validate implemented solutions against requirements and support UAT activities
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies related to requirements and proactively propose improvements
• Ensure documentation is clear, up to date, and accessible for all project stakeholders
