Ми шукаємо професіонала, який буде відповідати за розвиток та підтримку довгострокових партнерських відносин із дистриб’юторами по всій Україні. Основна мета — забезпечити ефективну співпрацю, підтримку продажів та розширення клієнтської бази через партнерську мережу. Ця роль включає розробку та відстеження комерційних умов, ведення переговорів із ключовими особами дистриб’юторів, координацію співпраці з дистрибуторською мережою, забезпечення успішного просування та продажу продуктів компанії. Кандидат повинен мати досвід роботи на ринку В2В та успішний досвід у сфері продажів та взаємодії із дистриб’юторами на різних рівнях. Основні обов’язки: Розвивати та підтримувати продуктивні відносини з дистриб’юторами на всій території України.
Проводити регулярні комунікації з партнерами, надавати консультації та підтримку.
Брати участь у плануванні та реалізації програм, спрямованих на збільшення продажів і залучення нових клієнтів.
Координувати взаємодію між компанією та дистриб’юторами для досягнення узгоджених цілей.
Аналізувати ринкові тенденції та пропонувати рішення для покращення співпраці.
Організовувати навчальні та промоційні заходи для партнерів.
Готувати регулярні звіти про результати роботи.
Інструменти та навички:
CRM-системи – досвід роботи з системами для управління відносинами з клієнтами, відстеження продажів та аналізу даних.
Microsoft Office – впевнене володіння Word, Excel, PowerPoint та Outlook для створення звітів, презентацій та управління комунікаціями.
Power BI – навички роботи з аналітичними звітами та їх створення.
Кваліфікації:
Вища освіта бакалавра/магістра. Аграрна та або Економічна галузь буде перевагою.
Мінімум 5 років досвіду в сфері продажів, бажано на ринку насіння.
Мінімум 2 роки досвіду взаємодії із дистриб’юторами.
Відмінні комунікативні, переговорні та міжособистісні навички.
Здатність працювати самостійно та в команді.
Готовність до подорожей по Україні 60-70% часу.
