As a Product Manager/ Lead BA, you will be at the forefront of the account expansion, developing a work stream and collaborating with many business stakeholders across the customer organization. You will be responsible for the stream product vision, roadmap and business requirements and leading a team of business analysts who are working with the technical teams. 

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including SMEs, customer products, and executives. Contribute to and provide inputs for a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the customer’s overall objectives. Track and report on delivery progress according to roadmap, adjust roadmap in case of priorities changes or dependencies revealed. Elicit business and user needs, capture high level requirements and prioritize them. Lead a team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Communicate with other streams to reveal cross dependencies between streams that affect the roadmap. Collaborate with architects, UX/UI, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of product development and delivery. Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and design to development, training, and release.

Requirements: 

5+ years of experience in product management, or Lead business analysis, preferably with a focus on enterprise level projects. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, telling a compelling story. Experience in communication and reporting to C-level stakeholders. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Deep understanding of agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration processes. Creating product strategy, vision and roadmap. Leading the product or business analysts team. Advanced English level.
