Qualifications
Main Qualifications
5+ years of experience as Data Architect or Data Lead/Manager (or comparable roles) Databricks deep knowledge Azure Cloud hands-on experience (ADLS Gen2, Azure Data Factory, etc ..) Data modeling expertise (logical, physical) Being able to challenge established approaches/patterns to support future business changes and potential new business domains
Optional
DBT hands-on experience (desirable, optional) Snowflake experience (desirable, optional) English – Upper intermediate, Good communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to work in a global multi-cultural multi-national company; Good communication skills and persuasiveness; Ability to lead conversations with both technical and business representatives; Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of an international project team.
Responsibilities
Supervising Customertimes consultants (data engineers, data analysts, etc) engaged in different projects on the client side (global CPG enterprise) Overall data architecture review and improvements (including simplification) – Databricks, Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory, Airflow, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 Data Governance collaboration – data quality, data catalog, etc Be able to step-in into data engineer/analyst duties when needed
