Your responsibilities
Управління ключовими національними клієнтами (АТБ, Сільпо, Метро, Епіцентр, тощо): переговори, планування, розвиток партнерства;
Формування та реалізація індивідуальних бізнес-планів з кожним клієнтом: асортимент, промо-календар, цінова стратегія, дистрибуція;
Робота через дистриб’юторів та прямі контракти з рітейлом: координація, контроль виконання планів, забезпечення ефективної логістики та документообігу;
Аналіз продажів, прогнозування, формування звітності, пошук можливостей для зростання;
Ведення переговорів на рівні категорійних менеджерів, закупівельників та керівництва мереж;
Моніторинг ринку та діяльності конкурентів, підготовка пропозицій щодо покращення позицій компанії;
Контроль виконання умов контрактів: промо-активності, мотиваційні програми;
Спільне з клієнтами планування інновацій, запуск нових SKU, оптимізація полиці;
Побудова довгострокових партнерських відносин, орієнтованих на спільний розвиток і win–win результат.
The experience we're looking for
Досвід роботи у FMCG у ролі KAM/Key Account executive/Sales Manager — від 2–3 років;
Успішний досвід ведення національних мереж (мінімум 1–2 ключових клієнти);
Розуміння структури рітейлу, принципів категорійного менеджменту та трейд-маркетингу;
Впевнені навички переговорів та презентацій;
Аналітичне мислення, вміння працювати з великими масивами даних;
Вміння вибудовувати ефективні та довірливі партнерські стосунки;
Орієнтація на результат, відповідальність, стратегічне мислення.
