IF YOU ARE

A Senior Business Analyst with over 6 years of experience in ITDemonstrating a deep understanding of enterprise clients' business operations across various domainsUnderstanding data environments, like data warehouses, lakes, and martsSkilled in basic data mappingUsed to applying SQL at a reading and querying levelProficient at interpreting datasets, running basic queries, and validating informationCollaborating effectively with data engineers, BI specialists, and analytics teams, ensuring smooth data flows and shared understandingSkilled in software development methodologies, such as Agile and KanbanFamiliar with management principles and project management specificsWell-versed in business development, discovery, and pre-sales activitiesKnowledgeable in business architecture frameworksConfident in prioritization techniques and scope managementExperienced in key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniquesEffective in English communication for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersExperienced in data engineering or data science (would be a plus)A holder of professional certifications like IIBA CBAP, PMI PBA, OCUP 2 Intermediate, OCEB 2 Business Intermediate, or TOGAF Foundation (as an advantage)

Capture the vision of the business area and the client’s specificsUnderstand the client’s business objectives and translate them to the development teamDefine the 'as is' state for the enterprise business solution, model the 'to be' state, identify and assess gaps, and propose improvementsDevelop a business case to evaluate the feasibility of potential solutions or investmentsStandardize the collection of business and solution requirementsApply best practices for effective facilitation, requirements elicitation, documenting, prototyping, and modelingEstablish and follow the requirements lifecycle processConduct stakeholder analysis and plan a communication strategy, considering the results and project specificsManage solution scope efficientlyEstablish and manage the change management process where applicable
