Employer Branding Manager

As an Employer Branding Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and strengthening Quantum Systems’ employer brand in Ukraine. You will develop and implement initiatives that attract top talent, increase brand awareness, and communicate our culture and values to potential candidates.

In addition to external employer branding, you will support selected internal communication initiatives to help reinforce employee engagement and alignment across the organization.

This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Develop and implement the local employer branding strategy to strengthen the company’s position as an employer of choice.

• Grow employer brand presence across digital channels, career platforms, and social media.

• Create and manage content for employer branding campaigns, including employee stories, company culture highlights, and recruitment campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to support hiring initiatives through targeted employer branding activities.

• Plan and coordinate employer branding events, university partnerships, and industry initiatives.

• Manage the company career page and employer brand messaging across recruitment platforms.

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and optimize campaigns accordingly.

• Support the development of internal communication initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and company culture.

• Assist with internal communication of key company updates, initiatives, and internal campaigns - including providing relevant content for the global channels. 

• Collaborate closely with the Global Recruiting, Marketing, and Strategic Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.

What you bring to the team:

• University degree in management, marketing, communications, or related field. 

• Proven experience in employer branding, marketing, communications, or talent marketing.

• Strong content creation and storytelling skills.

• Understanding of talent attraction strategies and employer brand positioning.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Marketing and leadership teams.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance and impact.

• Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging communication initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian and English (C1/C2) – both written and spoken.

• Excellent social skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners and service providers.

Nice To Have:

• Experience in technology, engineering, or international companies.

• Experience working with employer branding campaigns or recruitment marketing.

• Familiarity with internal communications or employee engagement initiatives.

• Experience organizing events, career fairs, or employer branding activations.
