CEMARK has an exciting opportunity to join the Supply Chain Department as a Procurement Category Manager, who will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing relationships with Contractors to ensure the procurement of high-quality services.

Key responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential Contractors based on business needs.
• Evaluate Contractors on criteria such as quality, cost, safety and reliability.
• Conduct negotiations to secure favourable terms and agreements.
• Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Continuously analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Resolve Contractors issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of market trends and sourcing best practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
