As a Logistics Specialist you will play a vital role by managing the end-to-end logistics process. This includes handling shipments, coordinating import/export activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and country-specific requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess orders and shipments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)Physically handle incoming/outgoing goods, track shipments, and manage returnsPrepare and review shipping documentation (e.g., pro forma invoices)Submit import/export license applications and liaise with customs and couriersMaintain logistics records, inventory counts, and study related recordsProvide reports to management and communicate in a timely manner to relevant teamsYour ProfileHigher educationFluent Ukrainian and ideally upper-intermediate English (B2)Strong Excel skills; 1C WMS knowledge is a plusDesirable 2+ years’ experience in logistics or customer service (clinical experience preferred)Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independentlyAvailable to work on site.What ICON Can Offer YouOur success depends on the quality of our people.
