With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.About the role: Ciklum has an exciting opportunity for an Employer Branding Specialist to drive wellness and employee satisfaction across all our locations. You will help us champion our values, nurturing and evolving our culture, as we continue to grow and expand our global presence.Responsibilities:Generate and implement ideas for increasing brand awareness, improving employee experience, and keeping eNPS highExecute internal marketing campaigns, covering all tactical aspectsEnhance employee engagement by organizing internal company eventsTake part in developing and implementing strategic employee engagement campaigns – including Charity and Health & WellbeingIn addition to global projects, support targeted employer branding efforts in Ukraine and BulgariaOrganize external events in close collaboration with the recruitment teamDrive the improvement of processes defining employee experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, economics, or an HR-related field2+ years of experience in employer brand marketingProfound project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects with excellent attention to detailReadiness to operate within multiple organizational processes and think outside the boxStrong English written communication skillsWhat's in it for you?Opportunity to work in a leading IT company with a professional and motivated teamCompetitive salaryCareer and professional growthUnique working environment with plenty knowledge sharing opportunitiesAbout us:At Ciklum, we are always exploring innovations, empowering each other to achieve more, and engineering solutions that matter.
