І сьогодні Департамент управління персоналом Starlight Media запрошує до своєї команди HC Business Partner (HCBP).
Вашими задачами будуть:
адміністрування HR-процедур та політик: прийом, звільнення, відпустки, пільги та компенсації;консультування керівників щодо норм трудового законодавства;управління організаційною структурою Дивізіону: внесення змін, оновлення ролей та рівнів підпорядкування;проведення 1:1 зустрічей з новачками та супровід процесу адаптації;комунікація з командою щодо поточної діяльності та внутрішніх процесів;впровадження ініціатив для покращення атмосфери та корпоративної культури.
Наші очікування від вас:
досвід від 2 років на позиції HR Generalist або єдиного HR (самостійне ведення всіх процесів);розуміння HR-функції як внутрішнього сервісу для підтримки команд;знання КЗпП та досвід документального супроводу співробітників;досвід роботи в компаніях з виключно офіційним обліком буде перевагою;досвід налагодження процесів у віддалених командах;впевнене володіння MS Office (Visio, PowerPoint) та 1С;гнучкість у прийнятті рішень;високий рівень комунікативних навичок;відкритість та легкість у спілкуванні;проактивність та ініціативність.
