About your new job
Coca-Cola HBC Ukraine, Armenia & Moldova is looking for an Internal Auditor to strengthen internal controls, protect business value, and support sustainable performance through effective fraud risk management, enterprise risk management, and business continuity & resilience practices.
In this role, you will provide independent assurance, identify key risks, and partner with the business to enhance governance, control effectiveness, and operational resilience across the organization.
You will be successful in this role if you:
Perform and monitor internal controls across financial and operational processes Review, assess, and support timely updating of company policies, procedures, and control frameworks Identify, assess, and monitor fraud risks, including evaluation of fraud prevention and detection controls Support enterprise risk management activities, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation tracking Review and assess business continuity, crisis management, and business resilience frameworks Support external audits and regulatory reviews Use data analysis and professional judgment to identify control gaps, root causes, and emerging risks Prepare clear audit reports and communicate findings and recommendations to management Participate in cross-functional and transformation projects, providing risk and control expertiseOur new team member needs to have:
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field3+ years of experience in Internal Audit, External Auditor related functionsUnderstanding of fraud risks, risk management, and governance frameworksKnowledge or experience in business continuity management and business resilience will be an advantageStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindsetStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsConfidence working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholdersAdvanced level of EnglishHow we will support you
