Role Objective

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our fast-growing team. You will coordinate the onboarding of new clients, manage internal projects, and drive cross-departmental execution to ensure the smooth delivery of e-commerce operations across our global logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Launch & Project Coordination

Lead e-commerce client onboarding and internal project lifecycles (from planning to go-live).

Coordinate tasks and timelines across Finance, IT, Analytics, Technology, and Operations.

Ensure readiness of all elements before client go-live: tariffs, accounts, SLA tracking, API integration, and documentation.

Track milestones and resolve risks or blockers proactively.

2. Internal Communication & Stakeholder Management

Translate business requirements into structured internal tasks and timelines.

Align internal teams on priorities, expectations, and deadlines.

Provide regular project updates to the Head of E-commerce Division.

3. Visibility & Control

Maintain a real-time view of ongoing launches and cross-functional projects.

Monitor bottlenecks and initiate follow-ups to maintain progress and accountability.

Use tools like Jira, shared dashboards, and reporting sheets to ensure transparency.

4. Service Development & Process Improvement

Participate in the launch of new services (e.g., COD, Returns, new destinations).

Identify inefficiencies in internal processes and propose improvements.

Support automation and standardisation of launch frameworks across markets.

 What We Expect

2+ years of project management or cross-functional coordination experience.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments (Finance, IT, Tech, Sales, etc.).

Strong communication skills — able to simplify and structure complex tasks.

Hands-on experience with tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Airtable, shared sheets).

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and result-driven.

Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.

English: Upper-Intermediate+ (spoken and written).

Ukrainian or Russian: fluent.

 Nice to Have

Experience in international logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain management.

Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, data tools, or API integration basics.

Prior work with remote or international teams.
