We are currently looking for a Customer Service Team Leader for our Customer Care Center.
You are our candidate if:
Higher education;Management experience and skills to motivate a team;Knowledge in the field of customer experience;Ability to work with MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets;Strong communication skills, оrganization, structure.
What you will be doing:
Organizing the work of the team;Ensuring that the assigned team of specialists meets quantitative and qualitative targets;Providing information support regarding international services;Assisting in processing customer requests;Actively participating in the implementation of new processes for international shipments;Monitoring the preparation of reports for country CEOs and management.
