Position: Team Assistant / Office Manager (Wind Energy projects)
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
Work format: Full-time / Employment Agreement

We have a great career opportunity for a Team Assistant in an international leading renewable energy company with a representative office in Kyiv.

Our Partner initiates, plans and builds wind and solar projects worldwide. The Company is an independent power producer (IPP) that executes large-scale international projects as a general contractor and takes over technical and commercial management as an asset manager. In addition, our Partner has a technological competence and develops AI solutions for renewable energies.

We are currently looking for a responsible Team Assistant / Office Manager who will be involved in the creating an office with an outstanding atmosphere where your colleagues feel at home. Also, you will be involved in overseeing all general office operations, meetings, communications, and daily business activities.

Main Responsibilities:
Managing documentation flow:

• Internal and external correspondence
• Hard and electronic documentation filing and supervision

Creating a motivating atmosphere in the office:

• Initiate and arrange office culture activities that bring the team together
• Managing people related activities (employees birthdays, calendar of vacations)

Team assistance:

• Travel management (bookings, transfers, control of travel expense reports)
• Organization of internal and external meetings, conferences (meeting venue, catering, guest management)

Managing office related tasks:

• Supplies and ensuring office`s smooth operation
• Maintaining strong relationships with service providers and act as a reliable contact person for external partners

- Preparation of presentations (PowerPoint)

- Translation and interpretation services

- Other tasks (information research, etc.)

Qualifications and professional experience:

• Bachelors degree
• Previous experience as a Team Assistant/Office Manager
• Fluency in Ukrainian, English (B2+), German (optional)
• Excellent Microsoft Office, including Power Point
• Profound organizational talent, team and service-oriented mindset

• Good communication skills (likes and effectively communicates with people)
