Що ви будете робити в ролі Фахівця відділу бізнес-адміністрування:
Правильне складання та своєчасна видача договору на підпис постачальнику;
Відстеження змін та оновлень до договору;
Управління коригуванням ціни договору;
Опрацювання даних від терміналів та елеваторів, заводів;
Підтримання повного та коректного запису в обліковій системі SAP;
Контроль супровідних документів ;
Контроль за заповненням та реєстрацією податкових накладних та розрахунків коригування до них;
Забезпечення виконання договорів відповідно до умов Інкотермс;
Контроль за своєчасними розрахунками з постачальниками;
Забезпечення дотримання внутрішніх політик і процедур;
Архівування договорів та первинних документів.
Наші очікування від кандидата на цю посаду:
Досвід на подібній посаді в сфері агробізнесу від 1 року (або бухгалтер, адміністратор для логістів, молодший логіст);
Освіта за напрямком економіки, бухгалтерського обліку та аудиту, фінансів;
Володіння MS Office, Excel, MEDoc;
Бажання швидко навчатись;
Гарні комунікаційні навички;
Знання порядку та оформлення первинної бухгалтерської документації;
Буде плюсом: Досвід роботи в системі SAP
