We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Center of Excellence team. Your role will be participating in pre-sales activities and discovery phases, initiating new projects, and helping with the existing ones in an outsourcing company.
Requirements:
3+ years in Business Analysis in software development project
Solid knowledge in Business Analysis approach and techniques
Excellent communication skills
Experience on healthcare projects
Experience in presales and discovery
Experience in team coordination
Ability to structure the requirements in a way clear to all stakeholders
Experience in working on 2 projects in parallel
Requirements documentation and management experience
Technical skills: understanding of API, DB, client-server architecture, basics of AI tools
Will be a plus:
QA or PM experience
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze the business, user, and solution requirements
Participate in presales (RFP, proposal preparation, prototyping, requirements gathering)
Lead the discovery phase (workshops, interviews, research)
Create a process and use cases diagrams
Create low fidelity prototypes to validate the idea
Develop and organize product backlog
Set up a knowledge base and organize knowledge sharing with the team
Play the role of a proxy product owner/project coordinator role when necessary
Share vision and priorities with the team
Participate in developing BA community
Interview Stages:

Interview with ВАs and recruiter
Interview with CTO and Team Lead of BA team
