We are looking for an Executive Assistant and Translator for our product in the Lviv office.

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in Ukrainian and at least one other language: English or German Exquisite communication skills in Ukrainian, both written and spoken Business communication skills in either English or German Ability to translate an ongoing conversation fluently Good prioritization and organization skills Ability to interact with an extremely busy executive team and demanding partners Ability to assist in scheduling, record keeping and general management Familiar with standard business tools for writing, calculations and presentation (Google Docs and similar) Optional: General familiarity with ERP systems Fluent in financial rules to interact with the Finance department Availability for travel, mostly in Ukraine and on rare occasions internationally Working hours are generally flexible, but require tolerance for the occasional unusual schedule Polish language skills are helpful, but not mandatory

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the CEO and executive team Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements, ensuring efficient time management Translate conversations, correspondence, and documents fluently between Ukrainian and English or German Support communication with Ukrainian-speaking clients, partners, and internal teams Prepare, edit, and format business correspondence, presentations, and reports Maintain accurate records, meeting notes, and documentation Assist in coordinating travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips (domestic and international) Support day-to-day operations, including interaction with finance and other departments Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Facilitate effective communication between international and local teams Contribute to internal process improvement and ensure smooth administrative workflows
