We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer (Ukraine)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine 

As CEO Ukraine, you will be responsible for driving the company’s growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a high-performing organization. You will serve as the public face of ZEN in Ukraine, leading strategic initiatives, managing financial performance, and fostering innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of the Ukrainian regulatory and financial landscape.
• Track record of achieving financial targets and leading growth strategies.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with operational execution capabilities.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s strategy in Ukraine, aligned with ZEN.COM’s global vision.
• Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives supporting growth and operational efficiency.
• Ensure robust financial management, profitability, and cost optimization.
• Oversee compliance with Ukrainian legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Drive operational excellence and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
• Build and lead a strong executive team, ensuring effective talent acquisition, development, and retention.
• Report regularly to the Board on performance and strategic initiatives.
• Represent ZEN.COM in Ukraine – in public, media, and with key stakeholders (partners, regulators, institutions).
