Strategic Insights Manager 

We're looking for a new colleague... and it might be you!

Join our cluster team and bring fresh thinking to consumer research across Romania, Moldova, and Bulgaria. You’ll work with the markets' commercial teams and research agencies to dig into what drives consumer behavior and help shape the strategies behind our brands.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead consumer research projects end-to-end, ensuring adherence to timelines and business objectives 

Apply market research data to derive strategic insights on Tobacco categories 

Develop and maintain strong relationships with research agencies to apply their expertise and resources efficiently 

Identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the market, based on available quantitative and qualitative data 

Provide cross-functional teams with data analysis required for the execution of portfolio, brand, trade, and distribution strategies 

Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive market landscape 

What you bring to the team: 

Bachelor’s in Economics, Statistics, Math, or a related field 

5+ years of research experience in FMCG or a marketing research agency 

Expertise in running both qualitative and quantitative consumer research (pricing studies, social media listening, consumer experience research; retail audit is a plus) 

Advanced Excel skills, SPSS and other data tools are a plus 

Fluency in English and Romanian 

While you won’t be managing a team, you will collaborate closely with research agencies, so strong project management skills are essential
