Rewards Manager, Caucasus Cluster
What this position is about - Purpose:

As part of the commitment to aligning talent strategy with business objectives, this role plays a critical part in ensuring Cluster compensation structures support both external competitiveness and internal equity, while reinforcing organizational design principles.
The scope of activities captures job evaluation, determining compensation levels and required labor cost budgets, maintaining and updating benefits policies, and managing all personnel transactions and payroll calculations in line with Company policies, procedures, and local legislation.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
Design and lead forward-looking compensation strategies aligned with business and talent goals.Ensure market competitiveness and internal equity through salary surveys, structure reviews, and annual updates.Drive the full Annual Salary Review (ASR) process with fairness, transparency, and business alignment.Shape data-driven proposals and budgets through HR metrics and market insights.Manage job evaluations, incentive plans, and benefits to reinforce performance and strengthen our EVP.Oversee payroll accuracy, vendor management, and benefits efficiency across markets.Manage HR systems and data governance ensuring reliability and compliance.Own labor cost budgeting and deliver insights for proactive financial management.Keep rewards frameworks relevant, fair, and adaptable to changing business needs.Proactively enhance frameworks supporting transformation, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
You have higher educationMinimum 5 years of successful experience in Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits. Finance experience and/or experience of HR Generalist would be an advantage.English - Excellent; Russian – desirableConfident PC user - MS Office, Excel advanced knowledge required. Good knowledge of SAP and 1C would be an advantage.Deep knowledge of core C&B processes - budgeting, pay ranges building, benchmarking, labor market data analyzing, job evaluation, variable pay, payroll. Good understanding of general HR processes; knowledge of labor legislations.Experience of working with payroll/ good numeric skills.Good analytical and planning skills. Advanced skills of multitaskingGood interpersonal and communication skills /ability to manage a teamAbility to act decisively in crisis situations, stress-resistantFocus on high results. Constant striving for maximum accuracy
