Join our Human Capital Consulting team at Deloitte Ukraine and help clients shape the future of work.What we expect from you:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economy, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.Experience: 3+ years in HR, consulting, or organizational development, preferably in client-facing roles.Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), project management, and stakeholder engagement.Language: English – Intermediate or higher.Mindset: Adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in fast-paced, international environments. Your future role Participate in consulting projects focused on talent management, HR efficiency, organizational development, and culture transformation.

● Conduct research and benchmarking, analyze data and industry trends, and generate actionable insights.● Prepare high-level reports, recommendations, and presentations for clients and internal teams.● Develop tools, frameworks, and processes to improve HR operations and employee experience.● Collaborate with clients to design and implement human capital strategies aligned with business needs.● Mentor junior colleagues, supporting their professional development and well-being.
