LaSoft is an IT outsourcing company that Designs, Builds, and Delivers Web and Mobile applications worldwide, specializing in comprehensive solutions across various domains, including marketing, healthcare, law compliance, insurance, and HR management.  We are currently seeking a Middle HR Manager with 2+ years of experience to join our team and contribute to creating an engaging, supportive, and growth-oriented workplace environment.

Role Description You will be a key member of our HR team, responsible for driving HR processes and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience, supporting professional development, and maintaining a strong company culture.

Your role will include managing day-to-day HR operations, collaborating with project and team managers, and helping ensure LaSoft remains a place where people feel valued and inspired.

RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and continuously improve HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, development, transfers, and offboarding) Support and advise project managers and team leads on people-related matters Coordinate internal educational and development programs Develop and update HR policies, documentation, and internal communication Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and feedback collection Monitor job satisfaction (one-on-one meetings) and proactively suggest improvements Participate in HR projects related to culture development and process optimization REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of experience in HR (HR Generalist, People Partner, or similar role) Understanding of HR processes and best practices in IT or service companies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with genuine care for people and business outcomes Proactive approach and ability to implement improvement ideas Responsible and organized, with strong attention to detail Team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset Upper-Intermediate English (nice to have) PERSONAL QUALITIES Empathy, openness, and emotional intelligence in communication Positive attitude and the ability to create a supportive team atmosphere Ownership mindset and commitment to achieving results Desire for continuous learning and professional growth WE OFFER YOU Friendly and dynamic team environment Remote work options with flexible hours Competitive compensation based on experience and skills 18 days of paid vacation and 5 paid sick days Long-term cooperation and professional growth opportunities Coverage of professional events and conferences Free English classes, regular salary reviews, and more Empower Your Future with Us – join LaSoft to grow, innovate, and shape the future!
