Position Overview

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part of our expanding team, helping to manage and improve our digital marketing campaigns. Working with Meta Ads and Google Ads, you will play a key role in achieving better campaign performance and scaling our offerings.

This is a full-time position.

Across all: Think in KPIs (CPL/CTR/CAC/ROAS) and decide with data.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management (Meta Ads): Create, launch, and optimize conversion campaigns.
• Lead Quality & Cost Control: Track TA vs. non-TA; keep CPL within KPI and flag anomalies early.
• Quality Assurance: Check audiences, exclusions, placements, attribution windows, budgets, and naming.
• Team Collaboration: Work with producers, copywriters, and designers; give clear, data-backed feedback.
• Creative Iteration: Generate ideas to improve ads/audiences/funnels; run A/B tests and log learnings.
  

Requirements

• At least B2 level of English.
• 1–2 years of hands-on digital experience with conversion campaigns (performance marketing/user acquisition).
• Confident with Meta Ads or Google Ads Manager.
• Metric fluency: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS/ROI, LTV, etc.
• Growth mindset: a conscious desire to develop in marketing and own outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data/reports.
• Ability to propose unconventional ideas, test them, and take responsibility for results.
