Необхідні знання та навички:
Досвід роботи за напрямком support (L1/L2) від 1 року;
Розуміння основ роботи API, формати передавання даних (JSON, XML);
Вміння планувати свій час та визначати пріоритети;
Вміння знаходити підхід до людей;
Критичне мислення.
Буде плюсом:
Технічна освіта;
Kibana або Grafana (аналіз логів);
Досвід роботи з продуктами Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Dashboards, Reports);
Досвід роботи с базами даних;
Знання теорії тестування.
Завдання:
Обробка вхідних запитів від партнерів, клієнтів (через L1 Support Team) та технічної команди компанії;
Оперативне вирішення питань від L1 Support, які потребують дослідження (на стороні сервера) та залучення команди розробників або інших технічних спеціалістів компанії;
Обробка виникаючих інцидентів, їх аналіз, пріоритезація, відстежування статусів, своєчасна ескалація;
Аналіз першопричин виявлених помилок, надання інформації для розуміння та усунення проблем;
Моніторинг поточного стану системи, відстеження та реагування на тригери моніторингу;
Створення бази знань по типових рішеннях з найбільш розповсюджених проблем та підтримка актуальності документації;
Глибоке розуміння наших продуктів.
