You'll own advanced technical integrations, champion customer success, and help drive innovation across solutions. Accountabilities:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact post-sales, supporting enterprise customers throughout their journey.
• Manage complex customer issues by partnering with Technical Account Managers and Support Engineers to ensure seamless onboarding and product adoption.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions, working alongside data science and engineering to optimize machine learning model performance.
• Design and map data integrations via whiteboarding sessions and documentation, tailoring solutions to each customer's unique environment.
• Write custom scripts and queries (e.g., SQL, Bash, Python, Ruby) to calculate metrics, prove ROI, and streamline workflows.
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to internal tool development and automation to improve service delivery.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer, providing feedback that informs product direction and engineering priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Post-Sales Engineering).
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data science teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience writing and debugging scripts (Python, Ruby, Bash) and working with web technologies and APIs.
• Strong command of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and navigate ambiguity.
• Growth mindset and passion for learning; resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.
• Bonus: Experience in B2B payments or fraud prevention technology is a plus.
