About the project

Your responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable React components.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Identify front-end performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations.
- Continuously improve application speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and other advanced performance techniques.
- Translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to bring interactive interfaces to life.
- Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Follow best practices in code organization, testing (unit/integration), and version control.
- Contribute to the evolution of front-end architecture and tooling.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and deliver product requirements.
- Proactively suggest and drive improvements to front-end processes and developer experience.
- Contribute to design systems and component libraries.
- Support CI/CD efforts for front-end deployments.
- Stay current with front-end technologies and trends and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.
- Proven experience building and maintaining complex web applications.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with designers, back-end developers, and product managers.
- Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.
- Solid understanding of front-end architecture, design systems, and component-driven development.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern pre/post-processors (e.g., SASS, PostCSS, Styled Components).
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing (e.g., Jest, Testing Library).
- Familiarity with build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Vite, NX Monorepository).
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to optimize front-end performance and troubleshoot complex UI issues.
- Experience debugging across different browsers and devices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate business and user requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback in code reviews.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and front-end deployment processes.
- Passion for creating clean, maintainable, and accessible code.
Optional
- Prior experience in logistics or supply chain domains is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus.
