The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we will expect you to be full-time in the office. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Office Manager to take ownership of our workplace experience. You'll be the engine behind our daily operations, ensuring our office runs smoothly, our team feels supported, and our culture continues to thrive as we scale. This is a hands-on, people-focused role that blends operations, culture, and logistics.

What is your Day to Day Mission 

Office & Facilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the office—layout, access, supplies, snacks, and space optimization

• Coordinate with vendors, landlords, cleaners, and service providers

• Oversee workplace safety, repairs, and compliance (fire safety, health & safety, etc.)

• Set up and scale new office spaces as the team grows

Team Support & Culture

• Support employee onboarding/offboarding from an office and logistics perspective

• Organize internal events, team gatherings, and celebrations

• Be the go-to person for day-to-day employee requests and workspace needs

• Help nurture a high-energy, inclusive, and fun culture

Workplace Operations

• Build and maintain administrative systems and processes (e.g., purchasing, inventory, access control)

• Own workplace tools like Microsoft Teams for internal coordination

• Manage office budgets and optimize costs where possible

• Suggest and lead improvements in how we use space, time, and resources

What you bring to the team:

• 5+ years of office/facility management in a fast-paced or startup environment

• You’re scrappy, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and vendor management skills

• High emotional intelligence and great communication skills

• Familiarity with modern office tools and tech (Microsoft Office, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Experience scaling a tech team or managing office moves

• Background in event coordination, employee experience, or internal ops

• Passion for creating environments where people do their best work
