Area Sales Manager, Roofing Products Join us at Ruukki Construction as an Area Sales Manager for Roofing Products in Ukraine and help in bringing sustainable steel-based building solutions to our customers with a strong brand and local presence. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales in Lviv, Volyn, Zakarpattia, Rivne. You will lead and manage our sales team in Lviv to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base. Your role will involve developing sales in your responsible area, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will report to Sales Director of Ruukki Ukraine unit and will work in our Lviv sales office. Role responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Find out and report on the customer’s needs so they can be used for product management and marketing.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies. Ensure achieving the sales and profitability goals of own sales area or geography. Search for new customers to develop dealer network. Participate in resolving customer inquiries and complaints.

What we expect from candidates:

Preferably Technical masters degree (Construction Engineering).Proven experience of 5 or more years on similar position in construction industry.

Experience in roofing/profiling business as a serious benefit.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Sales planning skills.

Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities.

Analytic and critical thinking skills.

Results driven and customer oriented.

Solid skills in modern office programs (MS Office).

Excellent command of local language and at least basic English.
