• We’re looking for a Retention Manager who’s ready to take full ownership of retention strategies across multiple channels. You’ll play a key role in building and executing high-impact campaigns that drive user engagement and loyalty. From planning to performance analysis, you’ll be the brain behind keeping our players coming back for more.Energetic, friendly, and young team

The Role

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Design and implement multi-channel retention campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and direct communication.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to meet retention and engagement targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align retention efforts with broader marketing and product goals.
• Leverage data and insights to fine-tune campaign messaging, timing, and targeting.
• Continuously test new ideas to improve customer lifecycle performance and reduce churn.

• Bonus points for experience working with Asian markets, especially Vietnam.
