Genesis is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Finance Compliance Associate to join our team!Main Responsibilities:Financial Statements Preparation – Prepare accurate financial statements for companies operating in foreign jurisdictions, following accounting standards and regulations.Monthly Reconciliation – Conduct monthly reconciliations between financial statements and corresponding management reports.External Reporting – Assist in the preparation and submission of financial information and documentation for external users, including banks, auditors, and directors, etc.VAT Compliance & Reporting – Prepare VAT-related data and support the tax team in compiling reports in accordance with local tax regulations.Audit Support – Assist with external audits, preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.Ad Hoc Tasks – Handle additional reports and tasks as needed.Key Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:BA/BS or MA/MS degree in economics, business, or a related field.Advanced knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in audit, accounting, economics, financial analysis, or other related fields.Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software (experience in business case competitions, such as Business Diving, Changellenge, or other international case challenges, is a plus).Progress toward professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA is an advantage.English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level (both oral and written). Holding international certifications (IELTS, TOEFL) is a plus.Structured thinking and the ability to draw data-driven business conclusions.Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate and defend financial insights and recommendations.Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility, independence, and ambition.
