About the role:Great opportunity for a finance professional to contribute to value chain optimization, brand profitability, and partner collaboration at Coca-Cola Hellenic in Ukraine.Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role supports Commercial and Marketing teams by providing financial insights and reporting related to brand performance, innovation initiatives, and customer/channel P&L scenarios. You will analyze multiple data sources to ensure high-quality, consistent reporting and facilitate investment sharing and profit reconciliation with brand owners and partners.Your impact will also include managing OPEX allocation processes, supporting decision-making through robust analysis, and continuously improving financial tools and reporting frameworks to enhance cross-functional collaboration and business outcomes.Our new team member needs to:Have a Higher University degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling, or Management;Bring experience in Finance, Controlling, or Audit;Be confident working with MS Excel (SAP and Power BI will be as advantage);Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data into key insights;Possess excellent analytical and numerical thinking;Have at least an intermediate level of English;Have experience in FMCG (will be as advantage).You can be successful in this role if:You support Commercial and Marketing teams with activities related to managing Value Chains and Innovation initiatives;You perform reporting and analysis of Brand profitability and Partner reports;You analyze and compare various sources of data, information, and digital content to ensure high-quality financial data and consistent, robust management reporting;You support OPEX allocation processes across relevant functions;You provide Brand P&Ls, investment sharing data, and facilitate data exchange and profit sharing with brand owners and other partners;You manage brand owners’ collectable reconciliation and collection processes;You develop Customer/Channel P&L scenarios and manage their reporting and regular reviews.How we will support you:We will create an effective onboarding plan tailored to your role, outlining key protocols, responsibilities, and introductions to key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition into your new position.We offer:Official employment;5-day working week, a hybrid work format;Competitive salary;Compensations & benefits package, which includes medical and life insurance, 31 calendar days of vacation per year, meal allowance, company product sampling;Development opportunities;Work in a smart and motivated team within a supportive and inclusive culture with strong values;The main office of the company is located in Velyka Dymerka.
