We value ambition, curiosity and a drive to grow professionally.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising Ukrainian and foreign clients on the application and enforcement of Ukrainian competition lawDrafting legal documentation, including merger and concerted actions filings, legal memos of advice, guidelines, policies, and client alerts, etc.Assisting in antitrust investigations and infringement cases initiated by the Antimonopoly Committee of UkraineConducting legal research and monitoring legislative developments Participating in business and professional networking activitiesWhat We Are Looking ForA genuine passion for antitrust law and desire to grow in this field Prior experience in Antitrust & Competition law at a law firm or as in-house counsel(mergers, concerted practices, interaction with antitrust authorities, investigations, advisory work, etc.) Strong legal research, writing and analytical skillsA pro-active, collaborative attitude towards work and colleaguesOpen-mindedness, integrity, and a humane-centered approach Bachelor's or master's degree in law from a Ukrainian university; an LL.M degree from a foreign institution is a plus, but not requiredProfessional fluency in English and UkrainianWe OfferCareer development in a top-tier International law firm, including access to global training programs and practice group meetings in our foreign offices Competitive salaryMedical insuranceFlexible hybrid work model (office/remote)Participation in professional associations, conferences, seminars and trainingsA downtown office with a rooftop terrace and shelterWellness programs (yoga) & activitiesApply now and join a team that values quality, collaboration and your unique potential!
