As a Lead Treasury Specialist, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

Lead communication with banks, coordinate annual KYC, UBO requests for the whole Ciklum Group’s banks, manage the Salary Project in UA Oversee debt portfolio and ensure compliance with the credit agreement terms 3m, monthly and weekly payment forecast/plan for Ciklum Group Work side-by-side with the Unified Accounting Unit (., global accounting shared service center) to increase the efficiency of the accounts payable function Implementation of the internal controls within the treasury function Work closely with the procurement and business process automation teams to maintain the Procure-to-Pay (p2p) module in the Navision ERP system Review and analyze the budget utilization report (p2p) Support business with p2p requests (issues with PR/PO), oversee P2P support channel Monitor p2p efficiency (review and analysis “not closed PR/PO”, p2p SLA reports, Moderation of the Cost Approval Matrix module in Navision (department structure, department approvers, cost lines, Manage the treasury team

Requirements

Knowledge and Professional Qualifications: 3+ years of proven experience in treasury / corporate finance function Master/Bachelor degree in economics or finance English language (Upper Intermediate) Good understanding of IFRS and general accounting MS Office / Google Sheets (Advanced) ACCA student (preferable) Technical skills/Job Specific skills: Self-organization, time management, teamwork The ability to prioritize and plan work effectively The ability to meet deadlines Works remotely, independently, and proactively
